AndaSeat has unveiled its latest ergonomic seating solution, the Phantom 4 Series, designed to accommodate the natural movements people make in everyday activities such as working, gaming, and reading. The series addresses the common problem of maintaining a fixed sitting position, offering a chair that adjusts to the body’s natural shifts in posture.
A standout feature of the Phantom 4 is its Dynamic Auto-Tracking Lumbar system, which allows users to choose their preferred lumbar support from 15 locking positions across a 0–95 mm adjustment range. This lumbar structure is capable of swiveling about 5 degrees to either side and tilting within a 25-degree forward-and-back range. This ensures continued support as users alter their torso positions.
The chair’s design integrates this responsive lumbar system with a seat composed of 55 kg/m³ cold-cure foam, providing a stable seating base. Both the Phantom 4 and its Pro variant offer a backrest recline of up to 135 degrees and approximately 15 degrees of rocking motion, encouraging users to adjust their seating positions deliberately.
The Phantom 4 models differ in their level of manual adjustments. The standard model includes 2D armrests with forward-back and vertical adjustments, an adjustable memory-foam head pillow, and a butterfly tilt mechanism. The Phantom 4 Pro enhances these features with 3D 360-degree rotating armrests, additional adjustment ranges, and a multi-function tilt mechanism with tilt-lock functionality.
